Excellent apartment but neighbors upstairs stomps around every single night between the hours of 10pm to 5:30am. I have to bang on the ceiling for them to stop. They usually start again within an hour. We expressed our grievance to the office but nothing has been done as of yet.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at the Bridford Lake Apartments in Greensboro, NC, and overall, the experience has been positive with a few areas that could benefit from improvement.
For instance, the place is situated near Wendover Avenue, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways. It makes commuting around Greensboro quite easy.
The lake and wooded areas around the property add a nice natural touch.
Lastly, a fitness center, pool, and clubhouse are available. The pool is... especially nice in the warmer months and usually well-maintained.

My experience has been good. Nothing but pilot and attentive. Any concerns I had was taken care of in a timely manner. The community is nice. I like that it’s quiet,neighbors are friendly and it’s clean.

So far so good!! Sierra, the property manager, has ensured that my initial move-in requests have been taken care of without question. Kudos to the office staff!!

I love the neighborhood and the amenities. There has been a few things I needed maintenance for. They respond fast. I was really sold on the option for the deposit.
