I've noticed some improvements within the past 6 months. It would be nice to get some updated appliances in the classic apartments. My stove has to be from their grand opening.

Need to work on security of the society and internal roads also needs to be fixed as there are pots everywhere. Tennis courts is in very bad shape

Security lights on many of buildings out and have been for a very long time…years - management shows no interest in fixing them.
Security Gates broken and have been for years.
Foyers are Nasty - smells because of neighbors leaking trash cans - foyers need pressure washing.
Large holes in the streets inside community.
Landscraping- trees need to be trimmed, mulch needs to be put out etc.
Tree limbs and trash on grate in lake that needs to be cleared and cleaned up. Been that way for 6 months... .
All these things Bridford management are aware of but refuses to correct.
