Lemans at Lawndale Apartments

I have a lot of problems here with pests including but not limited to; wasps, roaches, beetles, spiders and birds.
I can say that recently they have been doing much better at helping with these problems, compared to when I would say something in the past and they would say there is nothing they can do..
Not sure what in management changed but they also hold events for the community which is nice.
My apartment is a good size and I like the on-site pool.
The walls and floors are paper thin so... you will hear EVERYTHING. I am talking I hear my neighbors to the side and below when they sneeze.. or argue or walk or turn on the tv etc. I also hear everything going on outside because of how thin it is, like my friend thought my sliding door was open because that’s how clearly you can hear stuff. Neighbors kinda loud at times but its nice here folks park in the opposite direction but that hasn’t been a issue so far management is great and the apartment looks great

Nice place . wish the kids had more of a park and i wish they had atleast one baby swing but other than that it's an okay place to live / maintenance 10/10 always !

There is no community, the hallways are always dirty, the washer in my building has been broken for months. Management doesn’t care about the people, cares more about the property that is always falling apart.

parking lot needs work. floors walls and ceiling are thin and creak. foundational issues result in roaches, rolly pollies, millipedes, spiders. cheap and decent place for beginner apartment but not for long stay.
