Terrible Renter service
I live in another state and came to Greensboro to look for apartments. I scheduled an appointment for Friday 3/15 at 2:30 PM.
They confirmed my appointment, and two hours prior to my scheduled time they sent an email that they were excited to show me an apartment.
I arrived about 15 minutes early and when I went to the door there was a sign that stated that office was closed for the afternoon. The door would not open and there were not lights on inside.
I went back to my car to wait and see... if they would arrive back and at 2:30PM they still did not show up.
They obviously don't need my business.
