Eastbrook Apartments has been the clean, safe, and professional neighborhood my daughter and I needed relocating to Greenville. They’re reasonably priced and always prompt with any communication.

Ok I made the big move from NJ to Greenville. Totally out of my comfort zone. Brittanie and Stephanie along with a great staff including Graham are the best. I lived there for 2 years. Brittanie went above and beyond including making sure I got my deposit asap! Get this, Brittanie even said if I ever need to come back they would have some specials for me! Thanks so much Brittanie and Stephanie!!!

My two children both have rented apartments from Eastbrook and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. One of the most appealing aspects of this complex is its affordability without compromising on quality.
The maintenance team has a quick response time. Whenever there's been an issue, they've been prompt and efficient in resolving it, which gives us peace of mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Water, sewer, cable, internet and washer and dryer are all... included in the price.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.
