Great place to live in a great location!

I love my apartment and the area it’s located. Management has changed a bit and I can always see the ladies out and about, working and getting things done.

SERVICE

The new company is getting things done. This company seems to care, the place is cleaner, the children have a place to play at. Staff is always available to answer any questions you have. The best is that I feel at home very comfortable, thank you for your kindness Colonial Village. Great Staff

Good place to live!

During my nine years living in Colonial Village I have seen things go from good to bad and back to good. The present administration is excellent. Everyone in office from Brenda (receptionist/secretary) to Star (manager) are very professional and courteous and are willing to work with tenants.
The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The best part of living there was the wonderful people that I met and became friends with.
I would recommend Colonial Village to anyone in need of an... apartment.
