They told me if I paid off something on my credit I would be approved. Thousands of dollars later they still declined my application

Great place to live
We have lived here for a year and will be renewing our lease. The internet works well. The management
and maintenance teams are very professional and helpful. We highly recommend Keystone at Mebane Oaks.

Terrible WiFi / Noisy neighbors
Terrible WiFi that randomly goes out, residents that drive four wheelers around the construction, new constant construction ongoing very loud, high way very close and loud. Overall not a great place to live long term.

Be prepared for subpar internet
One of the big things that this complex pushes/advertises is that they pay for your internet. I was hesitant about how the quality of the internet would be, but was assured by the leasing agents that they haven't had any real issues in the 2 years that they have been open. Well in the 3mo I've lived here we have had the internet go out for extended periods of time 2 of those months. The most recent going on 5 days with no internet. The apartment complex as offered nothing to those impacted, and... disregards those who bring it up to talk to them about it. Don't buy the false promise of free internet at this place. Over promise and under deliver would be an accurate statement for this complex.
