If I could give below zero start I would

I’m experiencing significant issues with my apartment. After submitting a repair request, I received an email saying the repairs were completed, but when I checked, nothing had been done. Additionally, I've been struggling with a cockroach infestation. Despite submitting multiple pest control requests over the past few months, the problem has only worsened.

When I asked the manager for assistance, I was initially promised a transfer to a different apartment, but that off retracted without...
notice. Now, I’ve received an email stating they want to charge me for roach cleaning. Want me to go through empty my kitchen leaving my house come back clean the kitchen please my stuff again. On top of that paying for it. And let’s just forget about the other repairs that it was not done since I moved in for months ago.
This level of service is unprofessional and shows a lack of care from the management team.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we are truly sorry for the challenges you’ve faced. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding your pest control requests and the situation surrounding your apartment.
Each time you submitted a request for...
pest control, your unit was placed on the pest control list, and the issue was treated accordingly. However, as the infestation escalated, a more intensive treatment was required, which we scheduled and notified you about with ample time to prepare for the necessary cleanout. Unfortunately, when the exterminator arrived to perform the treatment, entry was denied, and we were informed that you preferred the unit not be treated until after you moved out. We want to clarify that you were not charged for the pest treatment itself, but rather a trip fee, as this change was not previously discussed. We strongly advised allowing the treatment to be done immediately, as delaying it would only make it more difficult to control the issue, potentially making you responsible for further problems.
Regarding the apartment transfer, we'd like to assure you that the offer was never retracted. We explained the process and were working on finding a more convenient and seamless solution for you. We apologize if this led to any misunderstanding.
We also acknowledge that your move-in experience didn’t meet our usual standards, and we’ve been actively working to address those initial issues. Throughout this process, our goal has been to resolve your concerns as professionally, promptly, and thoughtfully as possible. We have continued to offer assistance and accommodations to ensure a better living experience for you.

Dont Trust this Management.

I have lived in this apartment for a year. The two worst things are the leasing staff and the billing department. Although I vacated the apartment one day before, they charged me 1 additional day rent. I tried explaining, but they wouldn't listen and needed some proof like an email on vacating day. I provided clear detailed notice of the damage when I rented this apartment, and they did not have a record in their database and mentioned the resident needed a copy (not mentioned when I submitted... the document). Management does not respond to emails or phone calls regarding the issue, and management will not take any responsibility for it.

After move-in they really don;t care of the unclean areas or repairs. Very frustrating.

The apartment management's response to cleanliness and safety concerns has been disappointing, with promises of action unfulfilled and safety hazards overlooked. Despite providing evidence and raising issues, there's been a lack of effective assistance and a dismissive attitude toward tenant concerns. This experience has left the tenant feeling frustrated and disillusioned, unable to recommend the apartment to others. Moving forward, they hope for improved responsiveness and consistency in... service delivery to enhance the overall living experience.

DONT CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT

I stayed here for one year the locality is good
but leasing and billing department is worst part of it. In my case i have vacated the property before the leasing end but they have charged me for 2 additional days rent. And there is no way to explain about the dispute no one will listen our concerns. Very bad experience with of management .

I rented this appointment from old graystar company later it has been purchased by style resident during my move in I have given my clear notes on issues...
we have in apartment like property damages and all, but after moving out this new company trying to charge me on those damages with out keeping track of records. How can they blame the tenants on which they are not responsible.

AVOID TAKING THIS HOUSE.
They don’t respond to our emails and no proper contact number to discuss on our issues.

Beware !!!

Beware! These guys will be very sweet to you on your face but will stab you on your back the moment you vacate the apartment. I lived here for 2 years and vacated the apartment in March 2023. I have no complaints about our stay except that the maintenance requests used to take a lot of time. After we vacated the apartment we were sent a bill of $500plus for nothing. We went to request the management to review the bills and offer us any possible discounts as we were always punctual in our monthly... payments and never created issues for anyone around. We left the apartment in wonderful ready to move condition. The property manager sent to us in writing that they would waive off the charges for us. We kept following up to see the revised amount for us to pay as we were always willing to pay any dues on us. After months of follow up and emails no one got back to us and they sent our account directly to collections agency. Frustrating and irritating at the same time. I would never recommend these apartments for anyone. Please be careful! I ignored the previous similar reviews and today I am in trouble.
