If I could give below zero start I would
I’m experiencing significant issues with my apartment. After submitting a repair request, I received an email saying the repairs were completed, but when I checked, nothing had been done. Additionally, I've been struggling with a cockroach infestation. Despite submitting multiple pest control requests over the past few months, the problem has only worsened.
When I asked the manager for assistance, I was initially promised a transfer to a different apartment, but that off retracted without... notice. Now, I’ve received an email stating they want to charge me for roach cleaning. Want me to go through empty my kitchen leaving my house come back clean the kitchen please my stuff again. On top of that paying for it. And let’s just forget about the other repairs that it was not done since I moved in for months ago.
This level of service is unprofessional and shows a lack of care from the management team.

Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we are truly sorry for the challenges you’ve faced. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding your pest control requests and the situation surrounding your apartment.
Each time you submitted a request for... pest control, your unit was placed on the pest control list, and the issue was treated accordingly. However, as the infestation escalated, a more intensive treatment was required, which we scheduled and notified you about with ample time to prepare for the necessary cleanout. Unfortunately, when the exterminator arrived to perform the treatment, entry was denied, and we were informed that you preferred the unit not be treated until after you moved out. We want to clarify that you were not charged for the pest treatment itself, but rather a trip fee, as this change was not previously discussed. We strongly advised allowing the treatment to be done immediately, as delaying it would only make it more difficult to control the issue, potentially making you responsible for further problems.
Regarding the apartment transfer, we'd like to assure you that the offer was never retracted. We explained the process and were working on finding a more convenient and seamless solution for you. We apologize if this led to any misunderstanding.
We also acknowledge that your move-in experience didn’t meet our usual standards, and we’ve been actively working to address those initial issues. Throughout this process, our goal has been to resolve your concerns as professionally, promptly, and thoughtfully as possible. We have continued to offer assistance and accommodations to ensure a better living experience for you.
