By all means do not move here

Not only are there’s constant fights and screaming children right outside your door, these people could not care less about you. This place is DIRTY and has so many bugs everywhere. Sink’s garbage disposal NEVER works and we call for maintenance and somehow it’s still broken when they leave. We had a maggot infestation on our floor due to a neighbor allowing their dog to defecate on their balcony, and we had to buy bug spray ourselves due to their exterminator being borderline useless. Raised... our rent for our janky 1bed 1bath, there’s holes in the walls by the dishwasher and bath. Worst of all, they gave us about 1 week to decide to resign the lease, however in their rules, we have to let them know 60-90 days ahead when we want to leave- how does that work? Staff of friendly, but maintenance is so god awful that you’ll be calling them every week. Not to mention, few months ago someone’s dog attacked another person who had to be taken to the hospital. Also, if you don’t like the smell of weed, that’s too bad, the entire complex reeks of it. Don’t move to this cheaply run, overpriced hell hole.

Too expensive for the quality

They haven't had pest control come through in over a year, the common areas are constantly dirty, dog poop is in every grassy area, and they feel it's fine to up rent by over $300 after a year. Don't bother requesting maintenance, because they don't care about anything unless it's dangerous. I've had many electronics die because the electricity in the unit isn't properly grounded. Long story short, it's really not worth what they want to charge. Don't move here.

Don't live here

This is not a great or decent place to live. Walls are extremely thin, so you hear everyone in the building. None of the apartments are updated. The Leasing office will lie to you about everything. I have never had a bad experience with an apartment complex before. However, this experience has be absolutely awful. I was given lease renewal options a little over a week before the 60 day notice timeframe. Called and explained to them this was not enough time to review apartments or make a... decision. I was told not to worry about the 60 day requirement then BOOM. They are requesting that I pay an additional month upon move out. If it my mess up then I would not be upset, but I was mislead constantly and given bad information.

The UN

My complex is a mixed community with many ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Because if the different backgrounds you learn to appreciate the many differences in our world without traveling outside of the country.
