The Maintenance and office staff are top notch here! Caren in the front is always on top of her job and does everything with a positive attitude. A very clean living environment!

Highly recommended

I have been living here for about four years and I can say that have enjoyed the experience. The property is very nice and quiet. I have very little problems living here. The neighborhood is in a great area near everything. The management is very awesome and cares.

Absolutely great apartments and community to live in.The apartmentrs are little old but still in great conditions.Thanks to the management and all the staff for keeping this neighborhood clean and safe.Also,plenty of restaurants and a mall near by.Glad to be part of this community.Recommended!

Wow ! Wow and just Wow experience .Enjoying our stay.

Wow experience ! My family moved to Tiffany square Apartments about 2 years ago & we are beyond happy with our choice .We are enjoying here.
The leasing associates and the Manager Ms.Candice do a fantastic job.It is a Clean Community shaded by tall trees and Yes, it's Pet friendly too. They also provided 24/7 Fitness centre with superb equipments.My kids enjoys every summer in the clean and well maintained swimming pool in Tiffany Square.Yes, you read it correctly they have a nice swimming pool... .Barbeque and play area also available here.Maintenance crews are Very friendly,responsive, prompt and professional ,I have not faced any issue so far with their work. It is a Central location of Rocky mount, extremely accessible from Walmart, Malls, schools, restaurants ,banks,Parks .
Rent is really very reasonable .On top of all this they also arranges monthly events/snacks for community and wash carpet once in a year for free .What else one should need for a happy stay.

A New Beginning

Me and my daughter relocated from Warrenton North Carolina to Rocky Mount we're Tiffany Square welcome us with open arms they are very resourceful and have a very great maintenance team they showed us around and we pick out the apartment we want it and it's been great ever since and a great management Ms. Candice is very respectful and professional towards me and my family. I just want to say thank you very much Tiffany Square let me be a part of the community Cora Gease Vanessa church and... family.
