One Midtown offers a wonderful living experience in the center of New Hanover County. The complex offers beautifully appointed apartment homes along with manicured landscaping . The office manager and staff are the best as well as their maintenance crew. Great place to call home!

Living the good life here at One Midtown, we have enjoyed living here for over 6 years! Great amenities, beautiful apartment homes and grounds and fabulous manager and office staff and maintenance crew! Perfect location for Wilmington!

I love this complex! I’m so happy I moved here it’s in a great location as well with a restaurant in walking distance! It’s right next to the mall which is a plus for me!
