I have had an amazing experience living at One Midtown Apartments! The apartments are spacious, with high-quality finishes, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of natural light.
The community amenities are top-notch—beautiful swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, and inviting common areas that make it easy to relax or socialize. The management team is incredibly responsive and always friendly, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly.
The location is another huge plus! It’s... close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, with easy access to major highways, making commuting a breeze.
If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-managed place to call home, One Midtown Apartments is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Terrible parking. There is not enough handicap parking. Very Lax enforcement on handicap violations. The trash service is very spotty. Do not even consider this place if you are over 50.

One Midtown is a great apartment home community. It’s centrally located in Wilmington,
convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The community maintains beautiful grounds and has great amenities. Our Apt Mgr, leasing staff and maintenance crew are the best!
