Everyone has been so attentive, helpful and welcoming. Samatha has goon above and beyond on this biggest move of my life. My apartment is in excellent condition. I am going to love living here.

I love living here. I feel safe with the gates and it’s very quiet. You can’t really get a better view and it’s right beside the music amphitheater

Living at Sawmill is like waking up on vacation. The environment and community is welcoming. The view of the Cape Fear River and the marina has a resort vibe. Walking along the Wilmington River Walk is peaceful and soothing. We love living at the SAWMILL

People are so friendly, close walk to everything. On the weekends I don't even have to use my car there is so much to do.
when I put a work order in it is completed by next day. Office staff is so nice.

After living in various areas of North Carolina, this has been one of the most beautiful experiences residing in an apartment community. I very highly recommend living at Sawmill Point Apartments. The building, staff, and residents are well worth the experience!!!!!
