Great location and the amenities are endless. Access to just about everything is all indoors and the river walk is literally our backyard. Beautiful.

We love Sawmill Point. The views are amazing and the people are fabulous! Amenities are great and always maintained nicely. Also the location is fun with the pavilion nearby and walking the riverfront to downtown.

Sawmill Point is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and very responsive. The building is very dog/pet friendly and the Riverwalk is right outside your door. You get the most incredible sunsets here.

I love living here. I feel safe with the gates and it’s very quiet. You can’t really get a better view and it’s right beside the music amphitheater
