The amenities, the convenience to so many things happening in historic downtown Wilmington and the big difference in Saw Mill Point is all the lush grassy areas, no other building we looked at can match it!

We are very happy here at Sawmill Point. We love being close to Riverwalk and the size and layout of our apartment suits us well. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We have enjoyed the use of the amenities like the pool and gym. Just recently we found the fireplace to be quite cozy on cold days.

Sawmill is a pristine property with many friendly neighbors and adorable furry companions. The views of the river and sunsets never cease to amaze me. It is a perfect location for long river walks. I walk everywhere including stores, with convenience of City availability, while headed back to the beauty of nature.

My fiance' and I just moved into Sawmill Point this past weekend. The leasing team was very responsive and easy to work with through the whole process. So far we are loving our new apartment and the community!

Great staff! Great Apartments! Great Community! Highly recommended place to live! The apartments in a prime location that offer an abundance of places ti walk, scenic views and allows for easy entering and exiting of Downtown Wilmington.
