Everyone in the front office is so very nice and respectful. James in maintenance is the absolute best person in the world! The area is always very well kept and everyone in the community cares.

We worked with Sam initially to sign up for our tour, then signed up for the apartment. Then Aubrey helped us the day of check-in. Both very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional - as well as friendly. A good experience

Our stay here at Sawmill Apartments has been great. No issues. Feel safe and our view of the river is beautiful. The staff is great and always ready to help. We are so glad we chose this place to called home.

The amenities, the convenience to so many things happening in historic downtown Wilmington and the big difference in Saw Mill Point is all the lush grassy areas, no other building we looked at can match it!

We are very happy here at Sawmill Point. We love being close to Riverwalk and the size and layout of our apartment suits us well. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We have enjoyed the use of the amenities like the pool and gym. Just recently we found the fireplace to be quite cozy on cold days.
