Office staff is super friendly and helpful.

The only issue is valet trash pick up never comes by my unit. I have only seen them once since I move in. I under that this is managed by a separate company but to continue to charge the fee in my rent is not fair.

Over all grounds are kept up well, residents are nice, and it’s pretty quiet!

So far the community has been pretty great. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. There's always parking close to my door and I love that we have trash valet, it makes my life so much easier. There are a few cosmetic issues within my actual unit and the walls are paper thin so I hear EVERYTHING my neighbors are doing. Aside from that, I can't wait to make this place home.

This place is not well maintained. They have not blown the leaves in months; they expect the residents to take care of it. There is a roach infestation that is not being resolved. Mold issues not being resolved. I have called the city to investigate.
