Great place to live!

I've been here for almost a year now and the management is excellent. I've had a few maintenance requests and they have been handled promptly and efficiently. Great communication with tenants. Very reasonably priced for all the amenities! I would highly recommend Northern Plains Apartments as a quiet secure place to live.

Great Unit

I've rented through IMM for several years now, and have been pleased with my experience. Just moved into Northern Plains, and it already feels like home. Management is great. Quiet building.

Best Apartment for Value

I wanted an apartment with a garage, in-unit washer/dryer, and the usual utilities located close to the freeway and to the base. For those requirements, Northern Plains is by far the best value and I frequently recommend it to incoming military members. Also, in the few times I've needed something from the property manger, I've been taken care of quickly and effectively. 5/5.
