I didn't have a walk thru before I signed the lease, but once I got my keys Madison walked me to my apartment and I was shook at how nice it looked. Compared to other apts I've lived this by far was the most up to date. I moved from Oklahoma and needed a place pronto and South ridge made it it easy and got me in quickly. Thank you South ridge

Maintenance personnel carry out their duties quickly and professionally. Office/reception personnel keep you in the loop for requests and entry into your apartment.

It's a fair place to live and get comfortable. I believe that the office staff and maintenance crew do the best they can to make this place ideal for its tenants.
