Deteriorated
The only thing good about this place for us is our current neighbors and nice back- yard view. We have made it our home for over 4 yrs, but it deteriorated. Years ago was better. Office staff is not helpful, does not take residents seriously and are rude. No resolving issues, follow- through. Common with big companies that own big rental properties but it would be nice if office staff at least tried to be nice. Too many things to list from wrong quote on lease, tree worms infected what lynbrook... planted did not take care of it last year- looks terrible (now spreading this year to Papio creek reserve behind us), dog waste not picked up- took away baskets (dog waste everywhere), don’t clean dryer vents, bat infestation is back in townhome roofing, bathtub leaks, a lot is structural so can’t be resolved, also not screening residents (gotten shadier for this area and a few more police visits in homes few down from us).. Our internet STILL HAS NOT been reimbursed for it going out last year ridiculously so (can only go through Broadband communications) messed up child’s remote learning school last Spring, lots of time on phone and soo many maintenance trips- maintenance was helpful here and the Broadband company- but never fully resolved- the Broadband company actually told me on the phone that they couldn’t believe how terrible it was and to get another service or move because complex messed up the wiring- but don’t have a choice, can only go through Lynbrook. It’s the office staff, company, could care less. They don’t follow through. Recently our mail- all mail in the townhomes- was stolen, many residents have posted it locally online!!!! Not secure, open mailboxes in a row, which they don’t maintain. Believe it has to be a newer resident thief. Called the office- said ‘well we don’t have video so talk to post office’ no sorry, nothing. They told me to file a claim with post office- but I don’t know ‘what is missing’ as it’s mail, not a package. There are too many negative things to list. It would just be better if the office ‘tried’ to be nice. I generally write good reviews, am positive, but enough is enough. I hope this company can make things right as we are good long- term renters and very networked into the local community. Until they make changes, I do not recommend.
