Apple Creek Apartments

Everyone here has been extremely helpful and kind. The apartments are nice and the people around are nice. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I have lived in Apple Creek Apartments since early 2018 (6 years). Great indoor pool, hot tub, packages delivered to individual lockers to be kept safe, 24 hr locked mailroom, friendly and respectful maintenance staff, responsive and knowledgable office staff, 24 hr gym, recycling picked up weekly at your door, security company that roves randomly at night so no potential criminals can plan around their arrival, dog park, playground, close to excellent schools, close to shopping, restaurants,... and entertainment. Pets allowed, and washers and dryers are included. Excellent manager actively upkeeps property: new siding, cracked sidewalk squares replaced, cement under stairs replaced, terrace walls replaced, holes and cracks in parking lot properly filled with concrete, new staff member recently hired to do landscaping, new railings installed. The only downside is that that the buildings are old and you can hear your neighbors if you live on the first or second floor. If you have quiet neighbors with quiet pets, or if you live on the third floor, it's the perfect place to live! (I have lived on the second floor and I now live on the third floor). Some additional things to know: up to 4 people can live in a two bedroom apartment, and up to 2 people can live in a one bedroom apartment. Also, there are income limits when applying. Potential new residents must make above a certain amount and under a certain amount to live here, due to the stipulations of a bond that was used to build the apartments. The staff are very good about accepting applicants of all ages, ethnicities, etc. You can also build your credit when you pay your rent on time with the different apps they offer for you to pay your rent. I lived there for 6 years and even transferred to a bigger unit when I needed more space. Management is on top of everything, leasing staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance gets done right away, and you cannot beat the location. They do projects every year to keep the place looking great, too. Our building got new siding last year and this year we got new landscaping. I moved into apple creek that so many free amenities and sounded great. The first month was great after that it all went downhill. The pool ans hot tub are always closed the office is always closing early. Trying to get ahold of the office is a nightmare and they don't take your complaints seriously. Had so many noise issues and they didn't care. The grounds people don't do anything besides work on there own cars. Come winter be prepared to either stay home or risk going out to nothing being... shoveled for days and falling multiple times.
