Maintenance Headaches 24/7
During my first 5 months in the apartment I had to submit 6 emergency maintenance requests for water, A/C and ceiling leak issues. A brown liquid was leaking from our ceiling and the maintenance person in charge claimed it was a non-issue. When water came up through my carpet from the clogged A/C on a Saturday, they said they "might have someone come by on Monday to clean it up." Their lack of awareness and overall care is concerning, and enough to not live here.

I spoke with the on-site team and their Regional Supervisor, and they confirmed there is no record of work orders associated with this review, nor does our lead maintenance tech have record... of emergency maintenance requests of this kind.
