Is an excellent place to live. Great amenities. Awesome location to access the downtown city life but removed enough to not be affected by it and the staff is very helpful.

Absolutely love the TipTop apts! It has the modern-industrial look to it with exposed brick and ligh ceilings! The units are spacious. The amenities are great with a fitness room that has everything you need for a good workout. The rooftop is the best! Grills, fire pit, TV, hottub and amazing views! I love this place!

These used to be amazing apartments with great management, but has steadily declined over the years. Just in the last year, I have had my car broken into twice in the garage. In the past 5 months as having Sarah as the property manager, I have put in several maintenance requests for leaking pipes, clogged drains, etc. and not one has been fixed. These are great apartments if you want to live downtown or close to Creighton, but extremely frustrating when you have to babysit the management. Also,... there is a heavy homeless population in the area. There has been several times where one has tried try sneak into the building after I walk me, which is somewhat alarming.
