Royal Oak Apartments

This place as absolutely terrible!! They will raise your rent 200 dollars each year they will fill the dumpsters when the gut an apartment and still make the people pay for it to be emptied, My door has been broken for 3 years and still not fixed this place is absolutely ridiculous Do not I repeat do not rent from these people!!!!!!

Terrible place to live unless you like your rent being raised by 200 dollars each year and if you have a problem in your unit good luck getting it fixed.

This was my first apartment, this place was great! The landlord and staff was always there for me when I needed help. It’s in a quiet part of Dover so it’s very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely do it again! Ask for Eric the landlord, he’s the best!

Only good thing here is maitiance very responsive. Walls suck you can hear upstairs neighbours do EVERYTHING. Currently have a family above me so I hear baby crying, them fighting, them talking, bathroom running which is very very often, them playing the tv them talking(only responable thing they do), slamming etc. your playing the neighbor card so good luck find something better if you can.

I love my apartment! When I moved here I was struggling to find a high quality apartment in Dover. When I found this place I knew it was my new home. The office was accommodating and worked with me to provide me with information, coordinate my move, and assist in any way I needed. When I moved in, I had a light out after the power was turned on but maintenance was over THAT DAY to fix it. Since then, the staff has maintained the same level of attention to my needs/maintenance requests. You also... can't beet the location of this property.
