Very friendly neighbors, no bad encounters so far and we’ve been here for a year. A bit pricey for a one bedroom and rent is going up, put in a work order for a peeling tub and was told they would come but have yet to do so. Everything else has been great!

I have a pretty good experience living here at Heritage! I feel safe, it’s never too loud, the amenities and inclusion of utilities is amazing, and overall it’s just a nice apartment complex.

I unfortunately did not give 5 stars because I have had some disappointing experiences such as car vandalism, the parking situation, the wipes in the gym not being replenished for weeks, the continuous washer/dryer issues, and stolen packages.

Overall, we have really enjoyed it here and have always,... ALWAYS had a great experience with our leasing agent, Kelley.
