We have an old bathroom renovation, the paint is completely peeling, and the faucet is constantly leaking and there is a puddle on the floor.

I love it here! Can’t wait to live the rest of my life here and watch my kids grow in such a beautiful community!! The maintenance technicians are awesome, leasing agents also very kind and friendly to speak to Michelle and Barbra. Feels so house warming entering the leasing office when greeted by beautiful smiles. Work orders done on time and correctly!

I had a great experience living at this apartment! The location is convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby, making daily errands easy. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and a comfortable layout that maximizes the living space. The kitchen and appliances are in excellent condition, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues.
