Excellent service and a great location. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the concierge team is outstanding. The parking area is always well-maintained, and the office staff are both professional and friendly.

Good for the most part. Although over the last few months, our upstairs neighbors stomp all day and night throughout the apartment. Not sure if new residents have moved in. Front desk (especially William) is friendly and maintenance is pretty on top of things.

I recently moved into this amazing place, The Monarch and couldn't be more thrilled with my decision! It is a beautiful building to call home. The amenities here are truly top-notch. The highlights for me

The maintenance and staff are very accommodating and helpful. Amenities and location are great. Free shuttle to train station is a big plus!
