Mariner's Landing Apartments

We have loved our whole experience from the first moment we arrived to do the tour. Marsha has been great every step of the way. We love the community vibe, all the neighbors are super nice, and the location is amazing, right on the riverwalk.

I highly recommend this place.
Very convenient location(near trader’s joe,whole food), friendly staff, near bus stop(go to newyork) and good environment.

Really enjoy the location and people at Mariners Landing. Mariners is located near many restaurants and grocery stores. It is also near public transportation which makes it very convenient. I have met some fantastic people here. They will be lifelong friends.

It has been a somewhat nice couple of months so far.
But, the same issue I commented before on and more have been really bothering us.

First- still people aren’t being considerate when traversing through the corridor stairway. Especially a few of the neighbors on the third floor. There’s this one lady& guy who always lets their two dogs bark and yell and run ahead of them down the stairs with one of those extendable leashes when they are taking them out.
The. There is a couple of kids who... purposefully stomp hard on the floors and stairs going up and down.

Second- Again with one of the neighbors on the third floor. We keep hearing the people who live above us constantly talking negatively, gosiping, and asking other neighbors about us in the corridors. All we want is to just be left alone and let people be. But hearing gossip about us when we haven’t done anything wrong is just disturbing.

I wish there was a sign telling people to please be quiet and respectful in the corridor. Read More

Great location, close to everything, on bus routes to NYC, quiet too, right on Hudson boardwalk, quick responsive management, pool in the summer.
