Not worth the price

The maintenance team is seriously lacking. They don’t keep track of what is done in the apartments, and they also do not follow up after your concern is “handled.”

There are better options around

This complex is not worth the money they want. The management is subpar as well as the maintenance. They are hesitant to show you the actual unit you will be renting and expect you to make your decision based on the model unit. The problem is that model unit is a very loose representation of what they will actually stick you with. Upgraded kitchen??? Really? Upgraded Bathroom??? ( repainted tile does not qualify as an update). Central air conditioners that don't cool the units( walk through the... complex and count the window air conditioners because the Central air units barely function ( you know where the central air works? The model unit)

Good Value

The Post & Coach Apartments have plenty of good qualities but also some bad ones. The apartments themselves are laid out nicely - the kitchen is a decent enough space for two adults to work in and the living room is a nice open space, however, it is combined with the dining spice (there is no room in the kitchen for a table). The bathroom is a little tight but it works, and the bedroom is actually pretty nice. The apartments are not equipped with any appliances, which is a downer, and the... laundry room on premise is lacking. Luckily the complex is in a great location so there are about 3 other laundromats in a short distance. No amenities like a gym or pool, which is okay because the rent is lower than anything else you will find in the area. It's a greater starter apartment - not a place where you would enjoy living 5 years. There is no longer an office on premise and there is only one maintenance supervisor, so that can be inconvenient sometimes. Luckily he is very friendly and always willing to help. The best thing is the location. There's a Shoprite two minutes up the road, a dry cleaners next door, and various restaurants and bars.

Could be great, but ....

These apartments are a very nice size and have quality hard wood flooring, great walk in closets and a huge balcony, but the laundry room is a horrendous mess and the fact that there is no dishwasher is sad as well. They charge rent that is equivalent to some places with these amenities and that isn't right. They also have the grounds which are in disarray. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if they modernized a bit and spruced up it could easily be 4.5-5
