they will not return your deposit

Be prepared that they will not return your security deposit. Because it’s a old building, Good luck if you are living at first floor, it will be very noisy, you can even hear people’s coughing. And your electric bill will be very high due poor isolation.

After one year disappointment, I finally moved out. What made me more disappointed, they found some tiny normal scratch on hardwood wood floor and asked me to pay for it even they renovated the floor four years ago andI just lived there for one... year. What a disgusting company!
