Would Never Live Here Again
I don’t even know where to start. The parking situation is horrendous. Maintenance is a joke and it takes weeks to get anything fixed. Additionally I have had an ant issue that has yet to be addressed. Not worth the money!!!

Terrible sound issues!!
from the front and back doors slamming to the people stomping above me when they walk this place is a nightmare. i have read that most Kaplan properties have sound issues so I would avoid them all if you would like some piece and quiet!

Thinnest walls you can imagine in a horrible area
Not only do I have the rudest human beings on the planet living above me, but the paper thin walls don’t help. I literally can hear someone when they flush the toilet. The area these apartments are in is HORRIBLE and nothing but trash. If you do move here make SURE you get a top floor. TRUST ME you’ll regret it if you don’t.

Good Choice
I moved here about a week ago. So far, I’m pretty pleased. This place is clean. My maintenance issues were fixed pretty promptly, and Indira has been so kind and helpful. I’m glad I chose to live here.
