Great Management

We have lived at Ave Union for over 2 years, this place is absolutely amazing. The management, the maintenance and others are extremely helpful and respond very quickly to any problems that arise. We only had one issue here and it was taken care of the same day and was not the apartments fault but they took care of the matter anyway. The area is nice and quiet and the property is very clean and everyone is so friendly and willing to help out whenever they can. We are moving out of state and if I... could find a community like this again it would be a dream. Thank you all for everything you have done to make our stay very enjoyable.

Great commute to the city!!

Ave Union has a great staff! It's a great place to live for both unfurnished yearly leases or extended furnished stays! The building is very clean and very safe but a little pricey!
