Coventry Square Apartments

This is the worst place I've ever lived. One step above a slum when it comes to neighbors and management. Couldn't wait to leave-- any of the long time tenants who were all very nice have gone and this place is full of loud, disrespectful scoundrels. Good luck dealing with management. They are useless at best and harmful at worst. This complex is run like an actual slum but for top dollar, I'm sure Kushner is making a pretty penny since they invest no money into the upkeep of the place. Dog... droppings all over the disgusting courtyard, a crappy bench to sit on so you can smell it real deep. And you basically live with your neighbors, walls and floors/ceilings made of tissue paper. Management doesn't do anything to enforce rules. Hallways smell like pot, neighbors can be as loud as they want without consequence. Stay far away from any place managed by these people. Be aware of the hidden fees that will be added, you will be paying for the sewer and water $60, and its cold water you are paying! you will also be required to join their internet & TV package $95, so if you have your own bundle saving package, you will be screwed so they can get a Christmas bonus. Expect to not hear back anything if you have a question, the office will ignore your all questions and problems, they will not get back to you, and when they do reply you it'd be weeks late.... Meanwhile they expect you the get back to them with anything as soon as possible. They will ask you 3-4 times a year about which parking space you occupied because they can not keep track of it.

The property manager is very understanding. The technician Zamin is very professional.

So far very happy with my choice to rent at Coventry. Grace has been very accommodating with all my questions and requests. The grounds are well kept and so far my neighbors are very friendly, even my dog has made friends!

This little community is absolutely adorable, very pet friendly and walkable. Beautiful on a fall day! Lynn was so responsive and amazing to work with, even going out of her way at nights and on weekends to ensure we had a great experience!
