I’ve been living at Mountain Run Apartments for about a year now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful mountain views and close to hiking trails, which is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like me. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, with modern appliances and a thoughtful layout.
The management team has always been responsive and professional, addressing maintenance requests quickly. I also appreciate the community amenities,... like the fitness center and pool, which are clean and well-kept. Parking is usually hassle-free, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet.
That said, rent prices have increased recently, which could make it less affordable for some. Additionally, soundproofing between units could be improved—I sometimes hear my neighbors more than I’d like.
Despite these minor issues, I’d highly recommend Mountain Run Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient place to call home.

This property is falling apart. They only repair the buildings half way and only if they are so dangerous they absolutely have to. The office send out emails on random days for birthdays and has “events” and parties instead of just lowering rent.

This apartment complex is in a great area! It's walking distance to grocery store, shops and restaurants. It's safe and near good schools! The apartments are updated with new kitchen and bathroom features. I love our beautiful view of the mountains! Plus, the office is very responsive of any issues.
