I've been at Mountain Run Apts for two months and have enjoyed it here. It is pretty quiet and a pleasant area. Maintenace team and Admin Staff and friendly and helpful. Appreciate the effort of management to put on neighborhood events. Love that Smiths and other conveniences are within walking distance.

Car broken into, wish there were cameras in the parking lot which has the smallest possible spaces. Over $100 of extra fees ontop of base rent.

The people in the office are usually pretty helpful and maintenance is usually pretty quick. The community doesn't feel very safe, various people including us have had their cars damaged and it is not unusual to see the cops on the property because of incidents. The apartments were also clearly made cheaply and we have to call maintenence pretty often because things are falling apart left and right.

The apartment itself is great minor issues but we’re recognized and resolved
Just the really tight parking spaces and it sucks you you HAVE to watch your cars at all times unfortunately
