Very nice place to live.
Renovations make the place look amazing and the courtyards are so cute with all the trees and the fountain. :)

Friendly quiet community
After new professional managment, I find that this place is changing for the better, compaired to prior management. The managment are friendly as well, as the neighbors and respect other people as it should be. This place is great for your money ..well spent. Apartments are being updated with a complete remodeling job.
You have very little disgruntal people living here who always complain at everything. I don't know why they are still here and not moved yet. Maybe it's time for them to grow... up.
I feel the environment is great for people with all the great assets of being able to get around town on the buses and Walmart just down the streets.

Highly Impressed!
A Beautiful place to live. I have rented at the French Quarter for almost 5 years now and I have to say that the new management is what this place needed.
They have done major renovating and the place looks GREAT!

Beyond horrible
The previous management company was bad enough. Then the complex was taken over and renamed. Yet all of the same issues are still present. Complaints are not addressed in any fashion. Tenets are allowed to bust windows and have loud fights without any reprocessions. Frequent breakins to automobiles are expected. The lower level units flood when it rains. The tiny a/c in the unit does not even come close to cooling the apartment. The laundry facilities are always filthy. The supposed security... gates are always left open so anyone can come and go as they please. Previously it was named Bear Creek, so reviews for that name may be more honest. Do not waste your time or money even looking.

HORRIBLE
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is horrible. I was a good tenant never late on my rent was threatened to get kicked out for no reason. The worst apartment management!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The so called property manager is a liar. He acts like he cares about his tenants then turns around and screws you. Does not notify his tenants of child predators who live on the premises.
