The only snag I had on move in was that the cleaners were still in the unit for an hour after we were supposed to have access, other than that, everything went insanely smooth. Relatively clean and quiet community with friendly people. Barely even notice the proximity to the highway, noise-wise. It's great being at 80.

Safety and maintenance could be better. Decent pricing, but I don’t love the area without a gate to protect our cars. This place is okay, but could be better for the price.
