Living at 80 on Gibson for the past year and a half or so has been a great decision. The location is great, staff are very helpful with any maintenance issues, and the property is in really good condition.

needed a repair and the repair was don the next day.I feel that being this was not an ermergency doing it the next day was pretty fast. Thank you 80 On Gibson.

It's cool nice place to raise dogs if you are a dog lover. They fix things very fast the staff are cool and friendly. Parking is great you can always find a park.

It’s nice and quiet. Things get replaced or repaired fairly quickly. I wish it were like it used to be and you just walk into the office with a check for your rent.
