Move Anywhere Else

Definitely won’t be renewing. New renters beware management is rude and no matter how loyal of a tenant you are they are not willing to listen to you. They increase the rent every year without any upgrades on top of the pool that you’re paying for monthly to never be opened. Maintenance takes forever to get stuff done. These people moved out weeks ago and they are letting this trash just sit here stinking up the building but they demand so much money?? You can take the same dollar and get better... living services at one of the apartments buildings across the street. You’ll get a pool in this 110+ weather no roaches and a relatable leasing office. You guys should really treat your tenants better

Management

I have lived here for almost 13 years. They have changed management at least 3 or 4 times in those years. NEVER are we told there is a new team there. Also, the past 12 years have had the absolute BEST pest control........until they went and changed this past year. It's definitely a DOWN grade. They should have never got rid of such an excellent service and will be expected to have a lot of bugs this coming summer for sure. Also, the new pest service (which I think is just the complexes staff)... doesn't use pet safe products.

Don’t

Entire grounds are covered in ants. I woke up covered in ants couple nights ago, after asking repeatedly for them to spray my apartment and sending them a video of the ants swarming the sidewalk in front of my apartment. They charge you for all kinds of things that they shouldn’t. For example, you have to pay for the electricity use in the front office. You are not allowed to bring visitors to the pool, unless if you pay an extra fee. Maintenance frequently takes forever to respond to serious... requests. Homeless people frequently digging through the trash, because it took them forever to fix the gates. Instead of communicating when they are unable to fulfill a maintenance request, they just submit that it has been completed. This has happened to me at least five times since I moved in in September. Don’t even think about moving in if you like it cold at night. The thermostat will not cool the place to less than 69°. I also had to call the police one time, because there was a gunshot literally outside of my window

Renter Beware

Renter Beware

This complex is, at best, a ‘pig with lipstick’ on it.

Interactions with the staff while setting up a lease and living across the country. I arrived to find:
*Leasing staff lied about the condition of dog park
*Leasing staff lied about terms of lease
*Property Manager always ‘unavailable’
*Leasing staff made multiple errors on initial lease
*Leasing staff was unorganized and unprofessional; often requesting the same documents and information multiple times.
*Leasing staff...
admitted she was new and left alone w/o management supervision or assistance.

Now let’s talk about the complex:
*Landscaping is almost entirely dead around the complex, and it’s obvious they aren’t making an effort to fix it
*Neighbors have already ripped open and taken the contents of SEVEN packages in less than 24 hours
*Construction in various forms surrounds the entire complex (roadwork and new housing developments)

And finally the unit:
*The bathrooms are so small that you will struggle if you are over 6’ tall. These were not designed well, at all.
*Tons of issues with creaky drawers, loose baseboards/doorframes
*Very obviously not cleaned beforehand
*Water damage and mold build up surrounding both bathroom showers

I was incredibly careful not to sign online, as it contained errors. I was assured that this wouldn’t be a problem, and even requested to sign a copy in person (only after viewing the unit). The leasing office has zero idea what they are doing, so instead of my lease being processed correctly - it was entered in with lease terms that I did not request.

I’ve met and interacted with several neighbors whom have all shared horror stories about the management staff’s inability to take care of the basics - which is never a good thing to hear. Even the local grocery staff warned me about moving in to this particular complex after mentioning I moved here.

Looking at this complex and thinking of moving to Nevada from out-of-state? Don’t.

Looking at this complex in the area? Just take a drive by and you’ll quickly see you’ve made a mistake.
