no !!!

Honestly when I first moved into this place is was amazing ..then 3 days into being here the roaches started. The office can give not a care in the world
about tenants. Adrianna is extremely rude she talk to you like your dumb and almost in a dictatorship type way. She honestly makes me feel uncomfortable and I hate talking to her. I’ve also noticed she picks and chooses who she gives leisure to with rent, upon moving in there was a drop box for rent due to office hours not being 24/7 she took...
away that box without notice. After speaking to multiple neighbors if she decideds what tenants she want to charge late fee..mostly younger and black tenants..mmm I wonder why ? Monae is always giving out misleading information just to get you out of her face. “Renovated” apartments are falling apart closet doors do not stay in place paint is peeling off and the showers leak. Whoever did the model apartment needs an award because it’s nothing like the real thing, they also will not allow you to see your actual unit they say it’s still being finished. They allow homeless people to sleep in the pool area and the maintenance men give you zero seconds to open the door before the barge in your home.
I’ve complained about all this and nothing has been done.
I tell anyone I see getting tours here not to do it.
This is my biggest regret everyone here deserves to be unemployed. I can’t wait to leave here I’ll definitely be crying tears a joy.

Also I did have to write this review under a false name because I know they’ll try to come after me if I didn’t. DONT MOVE HERE !!

Don't believe everything you read!

Hello, my name is Richard. As I state in my headline, you shouldn't believe anything you read. Including this review. Do yourself a favor and go check it out for yourself. You have to remember a couple of things about reviews. First: Most people who write reviews, like me, write them out of anger. When something they felt was done wrong to them, they feel the overwhelming need to vent about it. Even if most of the time, it is themselves that is the real cause of the problem (sometimes). Most... people do not take the time to write positive reviews for one simple reason...they are too happy to care and do not have that emotional reaction that demands a review. Not because it is not deserving. But rather because they are too busy being positive and enjoying life. Second: Use common sense!!! If there are only a handful (even less) of negative reviews, that should tell you that most people are very happy with the company and or business. After visiting numerous apartment complexes earlier in the day, our last stop was Vernazza Apartments. And let me tell you...immediately impressed with Maria and her manager (please forgive me Maria if I am spelling your name wrong) and the entire complex. The prices are amazing (compared to many other apartment complexes in that same area). The location seems relatively safe. Right next to an elementary school. The apartment itself (2 bedroom, 2 bath) ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am looking forward to moving into my apartment at Vernazza this September (2017). If i had one complaint, it would be the hours of the pool and gym. But that is trivial in the grand scheme of things. I wanted looks, safety, friendliness, price, and most of all...comfort! And without even living there one single day...I feel at home! So no matter the reviews...let your own eyes be the judge. Good luck!

Horrible and poor costumer service

I am a current resident and I have been here since 2014, and previous to the new management I never had any issue but since the new manager Jamie and her new staff starting working it has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!
It takes over 15 days to get a maintenance order done and nobody can say anything about it because the "maintenance manager" it's the son of the region manager, and of course all the property it's so dirty looks nasty and poor because their maintenance people are always just sitting down...
on their phone, it took them over a week for my neighbor's A/C to get fixed knowing that is over 100 degrees outside.
But besides all that, now my check apparently "bounce'' on the 3rd but they didn't mention anything until 10 days later and they now charging me over 200 dollars in late fees but never gave me a call to mention anything like they're supposed they just went and posted a "pay or quit"notice on my door, I am very upset because now they are blaming it on their "system" for just informing them until 7/12/16, and the answer I get from the manager it's that if I don't like it I can leave?
I believe that their is other cheaper complex where they have best costumer than here , DO NOT RENT HERE!
