Totally Acceptable and a good price

Been living there for about 7 months now. Apt is nice size and complete with all amenities with the exception of microwave. Water is hot, neighbors are either very quiet or the units are well insulated. Office staff and Manager are very friendly, courteous and helpful and take their jobs seriously. Any problems are eagerly received and problems fixed quickly. They are serious about security and insect control. Newly installed TV channels and WiFi are very reasonably priced. Parking is... convenient and readily available. Maintenance of the property is good. Very convenient to downtown. Pool is well maintained in the summer, but closed in the winter. Very short, if any, wait time for laundry machines. Change machine and soap dispensers in laundry room. Vending machines located throughout the complex.
In this price range there is no competition. In that light we would rate it a 5 out of 5. We have thoroughly enjoyed living there! Mac & Diana
