The Wyatt Apartments

Love living here! So quiet and peaceful. The thermostat went out after a month here they were so fast and friendly to fix it. The ladies in the front office especially Glenda is amazing. Highly recommend living here!

My partner and I moved here and we love it so far. The area is walkable and has lots of hiking trails and outdoor activities close by. The apartment itself is one of the nicest ones we could find in Vegas at the time.

I recently moved in and I am in love with my 3 bedroom. It's very open and spacious. The pool is beautiful. My kids can't wait to use the splash pad this summer. The staff was very friendly and kept me posted when what I was looking for became available for the amount I was looking to spend monthly.

Yes, the staff seems friendly and accommodating when you first meet them, but beware once you sign on the dotted line. When we toured the apartment complex in June, the apartments appeared finished and we were told the pool would be done by end of July. Since moving in, we were told the construction was only ~30% done. So all through July and August it was daily sounds of jackhammers, mini bulldozers, and daily fire alarm testing (which is ok if you work days, and are gone all day... not so... much if you work nights and have to get some sleep during the day). It is now the end of September, the pool just opened on the 26th. We have dealt with the ants and minimal caulking as mentioned by the previous poster (so we are not the only ones having bad experiences with this complex and its staff). We have dealt with ventilation problems (initially the master bedroom was hot, no matter how low you set the thermostat. It was a big enough problem that they made a complex wide change. They tried to fix it by sealing ~90% of vent in the living room and 2nd bedroom; making the living room hot and the master bedroom freezing cold. When told of the issue, all maintenance could say is they can't do anything about it because the engineers have decided the the solution to the initial problem was adequate.).

I could go on with a list of problems, but I'm not sure how much space I have to write on here. As the adage goes, sometimes the grass isn't greener on the other side, and I will not be renewing when my lease is up. Read More

If i could rate the apartment based solely on the apartment I would give it 4 stars. Brand new apartments with new appliances, however, they seemed very rushed... For instance the caulking in the bathroom is very minimal and ants were crawling in.

The reason that we are giving a 2 star is because of the incompetent and rude staff working in the office. Reminds me of a bunch of high school mean girls who's priority is covering each other's behinds instead of getting correct information to their... tenants/potential tenants. Read More
