The only kind thing I can think of to say about this complex is in the headline. Be prepared to become well aquiantined with the front office staff as things are always awry. I know businesses have to make money but the way in which they go about things makes it very clear that they are happy to deflate their residents' experience to save some pocket change. Expect to add $400+ to whatever the quoted rent price is to your expenses as there are community fees they casually squeeze in after... they've gotten you starry-eyed on the premise. This place is run by cheapskates. There were several break-ins here: apartment homes, garages, cars...even the mailboxes! Their response was to hold a safety meeting where they wanted us to spend more money and sell us ADT, even though we already pay for security on site and we have a security system in our apartments, instead of offering us real solutions on their end. They had the managers of the security team come and talk to us about "kids using usbs to break into hyundai cars" which had... nothing to do with our safely situation, further demonstrating how out-of-touch these property owners are about our serious situation. Never had a follow up meeting to all of our safety concerns despite reassurance that one would follow shortly after. They do resident mixers on Tuesday and Sunday every week. Looks like a great property, till you sign the lease and then nothing works. Hot tub and sauna never worked, when it finally did they changed the pool hours, maintence requests take forever, deliveries and packages are a complete mess everyone knows it, the gate is prehistoric tech, no community, and when you move out even if you were the best tenant that paid on time and given your proper notice they will charge you for extra fees and utilities you had already paid. Fees, Fees, Fees. They call... themselves a luxury property with horrible customer service and even a worse product. I’ve given management multiple chances to make the wrongs right! Since the new leasing team has been in office, conditions here have gone downhill. About 4 of the 6 staff has turned over in the last 5 months. Now we get 24 hour notifications on our door for lease violations that we’ve had up for the 6 month since living here. I have a lease violation for something not even mentioned in the lease?? It’s ridiculous now. The new “team” has taken a proactive punishment philosophy.
The food and event activities included with the add-on of $175/each person a... month fee has become the bare minimum. The food is worse than a college dorm cafeteria. Events? What events?
We had a gang of 10 neighborhood teenagers repeatedly hop the gate and get into the pool and gym area creating havoc. The only security guard enforcing the rules was kicked out. The pool area is overrun with large parties taking up resident space so there are no longer available chairs or lounges to enjoy. I thought the pool was heated, but it’s freezing cold. I heard the heater has been broken for awhile.
Availability has grown to 85+ since the new “team” is in place. Current residents no longer want to stay here and are NOT renewing their leases. Let that be a warning to potential renters. It’s NOT cheap for something they promise and don’t deliver. Buyer BEWARE.

Throughout our tour Esmeralda proved to be an exceptional guide, ensuring that we had everything we needed and providing us with valuable insights about the area.
One of the standout features of the Tuscan Highlands apartment was the... incredible rooms. They were impeccably designed, reminiscent of a luxurious hotel and were also spacious !
The apartment complex also boasted a stunning pool, which truly felt like a dream. Surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape, the pool provided the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether it was taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water or lounging on the comfortable sunbeds, every moment spent by the pool was pure bliss.
Overall, my experience at the Tuscan Highlands apartment was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of the exceptional rooms, the dream-like pool, and the attentive service from Esmeralda.
