This place is a dump

When I first moved here they used to close the gate. They have not closed the gates in two years. Due to this there is furniture piled up at a garbage can which they still have not had removed. Management is too lazy to close the gates. The parking is nightmare as the tenants do not have assigned parking so people who don’t even live here can park up close while the tenants have to park far away if they leave for a while. And of course there are cars that have been parked here for weeks that... don’t belong to tenants. For the amount of rent we pay we should have a closed gate and our own parking spots. These apartments are cheaply made. We don’t even have access to air conditioning and heat year round. We have to get somebody to come and switch it each season. A lot of people have been moving out lately and I can see why. There have been some really shady people moving in lately too

worst run apartment

Management does not care… Have waited for an ice maker for almost a year and the fireplace to be fixed since November 2022. Have called and stopped in office repeatedly with no help. Have been in apartment since 2015, never been a day late with rent and it means nothing.

20% increase in rates this year alone!

Understaffed and everything gets blamed on staff. But the real issue is ownership. The owners are trying to squeeze more money anyway they can. Cheap renovations. Cant open drawers because appliances are in the way. Weeks to get fully working appliances. Hot tub regularly left running for entire weekends overflowing everywhere. And the list goes on. The only ratings for 5 stars on here are from coersion because this place is terrible. Need new owners asap otherwise look elsewhere! Money trap!... Greedy owners! Good luck.

Putrid and moldy. Apathetic management.

The unit was putrid and moldy. I wish I could give zero stars.The entire unit smelt of filth due to waste caked on the master toilet. We were supposed to move in the 15th of November but the cleaners didn’t show up until 6:00 pm. When we moved in the following day, the apartment was still filthy. Spent one night, found mold the following day and left. Maintenance and cleaning after the previous tenant was almost nonexistent, every issue I found had a band aid fix. I won’t list all the issues but... will provide pictures of water damage, mold, and the previous tenants filth still caked on the master toilet. Management is pathetic and ownership is apathetic towards our issues. Truly a pathetic effort.

We managed to find a different complex to live. While we did receive a refund, they charged us for the 5 days that we had the keys even though the unit still wasn’t move in ready by the time we left. Management and ownership should be embarrassed.

bad sanitation and staff

I have very bad experience at this place
Staff not listening to resident concern, one day the staff yelled at me over the phone and never listen to my discussion. Non respectful.
No parking lots specific for resident your will suffer every day to park your car near your unit.
No care of inside road tracks, when snowing it will be a mess.
