Saratoga Crossing Apartments & Townhomes

Poor communication, office follows policy on some things and not on other things when it benefits them.

Management at Saratoga Crossing does not enforce rules: dogs run on the lawn with no leash and rabbits. Residents leave unsightly personal property on the common lawn that is not part of their patio/terrace. Management allows sports, including hitting golf balls and soccer, to be played under your windows. The property has gone down hill since moved here less than two years ago. The office rarely answers telephone calls. The apartments are large.

We've been having issues with the new people that moved in upstairs being overly loud to the point that our light fixtures shake and swing around, this family also thought it was a good idea to loudly move in during the middle of the night. when we call the leasing office and have to leave a message no one calls us back, when we get a person they say they will reach out and get back to us, well we never heard back and the noise hasn't stopped. last night was the worst between 1am to around... 3:30am we heard yelling, slamming and other sounds. we called the leasing office last night when we first heard the noise and left a message, the office has been open for 4 hours and still no call back from them. also since i woke up I've heard non stop running and jumping from up there and their coversations. This place used to be high end and worth what you paid for. The people in the office change on almost a weekly basis and don't care about making the residents happy. Rules are no longer enforced and it now looks like I live in a trailer park.
