Everything is great so far. The building looks and smells great. The manager is helpful and very caring. I am please thus far with my unit and my experience as a whole.

A lot of consistent fire alarm testing, have experienced multiple “emergency alerts” within a day. Have been locked out of elevator/lobby when these alerts occur, which I have been a part of since move in date.

I love the building neighbors are nice
Mr ken is very nice and helpful the apartment is very nice
You feel safe at home and it's a great feeling
