Not worth your time

You can smell a strong moldy/old house odor as soon as you walk into the main office/leasing office.
The main office appears to be disorganized and unkempt.
The Alto flooring is fresh and renovated in comparison to everything else, but the floors are filthy and disgusting.
Jeffrey and the manager, two of the associates who were present, were neither courthouse nor professional. It appeared as if they were having a boring day and were irritated by any visitors.
I was taken aback because I came...
from a corporate setting where every consumer is treated with respect.
I had submitted my application ahead of time, and my income and score were significantly better than the minimum requirements, allowing me to qualify for the unit.
I already had my mind made up about the community by management representation after only a few minutes in the leasing office.

Has gone downhill

I’ve lived here for a long time. I loved it for probably the first six years. The office staff was wonderful. I even gave them poinsettias at Christmas. The grounds were kept up. They were more selective about who they leased too. Fast forward to now. Management has changed. This used to be a sight after place to live. They’ve for some reason cut tons of the gorgeous trees down. My building had a broken washing machine for well over two years in a building with 8 units. Tenants leave bags of... trash in the halls. It smells like marijuana constantly and now that it’s legal it’s even worse. People don’t clean up after their dogs. They gave all the buildings on the main road new siding and a fresh makeover but the ones out of sight still look old and used. I planned on staying here until I was able to buy a house but I think it’s time to finally move on. One other thing. They don’t charge a security deposit. They charge an “administrative fee” which I’m guessing means a security deposit they don’t want to give back. So when you move elsewhere you’ll need to come up with the extra deposit out of pocket. Positives: the maintenance guys are pretty responsive and I’ve never had trouble getting something fixed. Even when something went haywire in the middle of the night they made it over. They’re good about plowing but not so much shoveling out the steps of the buildings.

Poor Management

Management services have steadily declined, management does little to nothing to address maintenance issues or tenants quality of life Maintenance and service request go unanswered, loud and noise complaints goes unresolved while rent steadily increases and services steadily decline. Needless to say The search for an apartment complex that actually cares about their tenants has begun. TIME TO MOVE

Was a good apartment complex until management changed

These apartments used to be somewhat nice but management has changed and is run terribly. The only good reviews are from years ago when it was run much better. The office loses everything and will not contact you back unless it is an easy question. There is trash and dog poop everywhere. They will increase your rent for no reason. I would not recommend anyone living here unless you want many headaches from the office.

beware...

they don't fix anything and will say they did in their orders. good luck trying to get out in the snow they don't plowed until the afternoon. nothing is included including water trash and sewer. gym sucks!! very tiny. drug dealers around apparently they don't do much background check like they said. last summer there was a shooting in one of the apartments. too much good luck going up and down in that hill. if you decide to move you will see what I'm talking about....
