Overpriced and Old
The building is outdated and lacks aesthetic appeal. Its lobby doors, which have not been replaced since its construction, are noticeably aged and deteriorated. The lobby has no seating area, making it inconvenient for residents to wait for services like Uber or food delivery. After 6 pm, the main doors are locked, and deliveries are left outside on the street. The lobby often lacks a dedicated guard, resulting in limited oversight of the building's activities. The building's overall ambiance is... more akin to an office or commercial space rather than a residential one. The apartment doors feature glass windows, compromising privacy and safety, and lack peepholes, forcing residents to open doors without a prior view. The door locks are antiquated and malfunction frequently, leading to security concerns. Parking is notably expensive. The bedroom is fitted with an unattractive, office-style carpet that hinders personalization with rugs or cozy decor. The bathroom tiles are equally displeasing. Overall, the apartment falls short of luxury standards, especially considering its high cost.
