Palmer Street Apartments

Palmer street apartments is a great place to live in Watertown, NY. The landlord is so nice and it is a very nice, non expensive place to live! If you are thinking of moving to Watertown, definitely look into this place. Conveniently located to lots of entertainment and restaurants as well!
