Horrible maintenance

Horrible mismanagement and maintenance team. A month since the memorial day tornado damaged the air conditioning units be in L2, the management still haven't repaired the damage. This should have been a top priority!!!

They tried to make us think they were solving the problem by giving us temporary ac units that don't have the required voltage to cool these apartments. They could have fixed the damage immediately, but instead are waiting for an insurance claim to process. There is...
a such thing as claim reimbursement you know?

I'm not renewing my lease in July after living here for a few years, and I suggest no one else does either.

Unbelievably horrible

Not only are their issues inside my unit, but the office staff doesn’t return calls and acts shocked when you say you’ve emailed or called them to get no response. They will enter your unit when you strictly tell them they can’t unless they call you or email you first to set up a time and date for them to enter for a nonurgent maintenance request. I have a security camera inside my unit and have them on video in my unit when I told them they couldn’t enter. When I addressed the issue immediately... it was turned around back on me about a dog in my unit when I had already emailed Neisha, someone that works in the front office, three separate times about the matter to get no response. I live on the third floor and somehow a raccoon got on my balcony so I called the front office and they came to check on it. Four hours later they called again asking if it was still there so they could check before calling the appropriate party to come handle the situation instead of calling right away when they saw it was there. The lock on my door has stopped working muiltipe times since it’s all magnetic instead of an actual door. The first time they fixed it the same day. The second time they didn’t fix it until a day later. The last time which just happened was the worst. Roger, a maintenance member, was the one to get the call that I couldn’t get in. He called me and told me he would be right over. Almost 20 minutes later and he still wasn’t there so I called again. He said he was still at least 10 minutes away. He told me he was doing the best he could when he should have informed me that it would be at least a half hour instead of giving the assumption it would be in minutes when you have someone standing outside in 25 degree weather waiting on you. An hour later, and many snide and smart comments from him later, he still couldn’t get my door unlocked. I asked him what’s the plan if you can’t get my door open and he said well I don’t know. Then I said okay and what if my dogs were in there and he had the nerve to tell me why dogs can usually survive for awhile. Thankfully my dogs weren’t there at the time. I am so irritated with everything about this complex. They allow people to smoke when it says smoke free. They allow people to not clean up after their dogs and there’s poop everywhere, people throw their trash all over, they don’t clean the sidewalks when it snows so they get covered in ice, and parts of the ceiling in the stairwells and hallways are falling in.

Do NOT move here

I lived here for over a year and had a terrible experience. There was food frequently strewn through the hallways, loud screaming at all hours, people blasting music in my hallway as well as what sounded like karaoke in the hall... at 2 am. Loud cars racing through the parking lots at all hours of the night and early mornings. The gym equipment rarely worked and the air conditioning was out in the gym for the entire summer, making it unusable. The maintenance and office ladies do not return... calls and make promises about fixing broken dishwashers etc. that they NEVER fixed. The walls are PAPER THIN!!! You will hear every noise that your neighbors make above you, below you, and to any side of you. Every time someone would take a step above my apartment it sounded like a drum being pounded on. There were signs about "missing people" plastered all over the hallways (which were hand drawn by a child). We received sexually explicit notes on our door from one of our neighbors (they clearly do not screen tenants well enough.) Some of the friendly neighbors also decided to use giant unicorn pool inflatables in the POND for hours at a time. Nothing was ever done about this as the behavior continued. There is bird droppings covering the sidewalks around the ponds as well. There was about a gallon of glitter dumped in the hallway at one point. Tons of (I would guess about 30) tacos piled on the mat in front of the mail room that I had to clean up so that I could check my mail. There was always tons of spiders in the apartment. Through all of these issues the worst had to be when someone actually pooped in our hallways. Yes. Someone decided to poop in the middle of the hall and when we called the front office they laughed and said they would take care of it. 4 days later and the mess was still there. We found this place to be HORRIBLE and OVERPRICED. Neisha is the "lady" who works in the front and you will frequently see her making out and walking on the roof tops (doing who knows what?) with the maintenance men on her breaks, instead of returning calls about broken utilities. Very unprofessional. (Example: She asked me on a "date" knowing that I am married). Overall I would not recommend this dive. Save your money and live somewhere a bit cheaper in the area. It can't be any worse.

High Quality

I lived here for 15 months before I bought a house. At times I wonder why I bought a house. The Lofts staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I used the clubhouse, pool area, fire pit, grills and dog park. I went to the socials and met a lot of great people. I really miss this place.

Horrible Management

Do not rent here. Management is horrible. They will not respond to you and will ignore requests. The property appears beautiful but structurally it has so many problems. Look under the balconies. Residents race in the parking lots and deal drugs.
