Frustration with Morgan Properties
Since Morgan Properties bought the property, it has been a negative experience. I have had issues with signing a new lease including being asked to sign it with false information, required to remove my personal washer and dryer, significant rent increases, drafty apartments, thin walls, infrequent lawn mowing, long-term broken down cars with expired tags, overflowing trash, rent payment issues, frequent office closure during the regular hours with no notification, lack of communication,... excessive geese, mice, mold, contractor messes, and noise from trains and airplanes. One or two of these reoccurring issues are manageable, but all of them together is intolerable.
