BE CAREFUL
I moved out of an apartment that had several issues that made living there less than ideal. First, the noise from a nearby bar made it difficult to enjoy a quiet evening or get a good night's sleep. Additionally, I was required to pay for a "smart bundle" package, which included services like cable TV that I never used, adding unnecessary expense. The layout with an open roof bedroom in some of the one-bedroom units are interesting. Frequent elevator breakdowns were a major inconvenience,... especially when in a rush or carrying groceries. The windows were also of poor quality, breaking easily, which raised concerns about safety and insulation. Lastly, the fees were much higher than I initially expected, which significantly affected my budget. Overall, these issues led me to decide that moving out was the best option. Last but not least, you will have to pay the the full rent of the last month even you will only leave there for 10days. The property manager said they will refund; HOWEVER, they will TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP EVERY PENNY, AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT.
