Could hardly have been worse
Entered work orders for missing lights and a broken front door knob, neither of which was ever actually fixed. Then, maintenance broke the plumbing in the apartment above ours which caused water to break open our bathroom ceiling and flood. Maintenance came to our apartment, looked at it, said they'd come back and left the water flowing into our apartment for 18 hours before coming back. This then resulted in over a week of construction in our apartment, all done on the property manager's... schedule and not ours. Reached out to the property manager about getting a rent credit as our apartment was unlivable for a week and it was 100% the fault of property maintenance staff. Of course, this was also ignored.
