Air conditioner and pest

If there is any such thing as zero or negative start, that would have been appropriate.
This is the worst experience I had with any apartment. The air conditioning is broken and I have reported it for over 1 month (I mean for the month of June &July) the hottest months of the year and they have not fix the problem still. The reception was not helpful when I initially report and she sounded and acted as if it’s my fault that they did fix it. The temperature is in the 90 degrees out they seem to... care less about what their tenants feels and living conditions.
It’s unfortunate that’s they did not hold their part of the bargain. Rents get paid timely, yet my maintenance request fall on deaf ears. If you are someone who keeps your words and deserved the same; if you don’t want to be running after or begging for your maintenance requests to be honored, look some where. I can’t wait to end my lease.
The windows are loose and flies storm in the house even when the windows are shut and locked, I have reported it and still have to deal with it. This is not to mentioned about the cockroaches. The apartments are infested.

Mice are all over the place

The mice are everywhere. for one night we catch 5 of them. terrible place and a very dangerous neighborhood you can get shot easily

Satisfied

I have lived here at Bayberry Townhomes for almost 8 years. The maintainence team is prompt and sufficient when addressing my needs. Office staff, especially Sierra,is very friendly and always willing to assist. I plan to stay here a while longer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is an absolute joke this apartment complex is disgusting they have roaches bedbugs and mice the apartment has an odor the rental office don’t care to help, instead of resolving issues they have every other excuse to why they can’t fix things I feel like I wasted money for these prices the apartment need to get these roaches,mices as well as bed bug under control don’t waste your time/money they also have hidden fees this place is not worth the price you pay they need upgraded if... they are marking prices up and want 2023 prices maybe they should upgrade carpet & appliances they also try to avoid allowing you to see the apartment before signing your lease Red Flag number one !! Do not move here if you want a comfortable leaving environment this is definitely not it.
