Great apartment and great staff!

Great place to live!

I enjoy living here. I particularly appreciate friendly & efficient management as well as quick
and maintenence staff. It is a quiet, calm complex with a newer, modern look. Highly recommended.

Going Great So Far

My fiance and I have been here for almost a month now. Everything has been going great. The staff are very attentive and are always trying to help. We are currently in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment and absolutely love it!

Great property with great staff

My roommate and I recently moved into the District at Tuttle and have no complaints. We love our apartment (we are in the 3 bedroom) and could not beat the price when looking at similar setups within other communities. Great gym and other amenities. Colby was a huge help and very transparent when we were in the process of touring and eventually signing the lease. Would recommend.
