Theft

There’s so much theft we had a literal motorcycle stolen out of our parking spot not to mention a diamond tennis chain in a secured package room that has two locked doors. Anybody can just go in there and get what they want. don’t live here because the amount of residents I’ve talked to that has gotten their cars broken into is crazy.

Disappointed, complex went downhill

If you asked me 3 years ago I would have given this place a 4 to 5 stars. I do not recommend living here, they upped my rent 250 dollars and are updating absolutely NOTHING. My unit looks like it’s from the 80’s with ugly green counter tops. Really old cabinets that they spray painted on the insides of instead of just replacing them. My fridge is most likely original to when they first built the place, it’s loud and it’s ugly and barely works but they won’t replace it. The oven is awful but they... won’t replace it. My sliding back door is loud and heavy and won’t stay locked but they won’t replace it. It is extremely difficult to close but they don’t care. They won’t trim the literal forest growing in the back, they haven’t touched it since I moved in (3 years ago). They just ignore it. They are always inconveniencing you, they will let you move in even if the wood is rotting. The only thing I’ll give praise to is the space and the maintenance men (super nice) but other than that I can’t wait to move and I wouldn’t let my family and friends live here. There are cheaper more updated apartments literally on the same street. Look closely and you’ll see just how bad the outside of all the apartments and garages look, they won’t take care of the streets either when it’s snows or there’s ice. The trash is always full or broken, the vacuum for the cars out by the dumpsters needs replaced so bad. I don’t understand why we pay so much for NOTHING. You are only lucky if you get an updated unit (kind of). Just save the headache and don’t bother living here and giving this complex any of your money.
