roaches

Raccoon in attic when I moved in. Per other neighbors they had been there for a while and no action by management. Waited over a week for assistance and not even traps were set within that time. Other apartments had roaches.

Awesome Location

The View on the Fifth has been great. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to many restaurants. The staff made the move in process smooth. The maintenance staff has been very responsive and quick to fix any issues. Quick drive to many shopping areas!

Amazing Apartment Complex

very fun place to live. the amenities are great. really cool swimming pool and gyms. A lot of cool restaurants surrounding the area. Maintenance people are great.

Amenities, Ya Right

Don't anticipate all the 'amenities' that they advertise being available. Over the few summers that I have lived here the pool/pool deck is constantly closed. It still isn't open for this year. They won't even allow people to sit out there. The main club house closes at 5 or 6 everyday. If you get home after those hours because of work don't plan on getting your packages, getting into storage units or using that gym. Since the clubhouse workout center is closed, the other workout room in the... large building is often full of people where you can't even work out.

Every single summer I have to put in multiple maintenance requests to repair my AC unit. There is a large metal sign manufacturer next to the building that constantly rattles the building at night. Beware!
